Paws on Fire Dog Races after Open class. Sign up at Heiskell Feed Depot booth.

Payouts and awards approximately 30 minutes read after the race and dog races ends.

Must be present for awards, awards will not roll down to the next person, awards will not be shipped.
All ties will be broken via a roll of the dice.

Check winners will be required to complete a W-9 form in full before checks are released.

$17 office/arena fee per day

All entries will be taken on Saddlebook only. Phone, text or email entries will not be accepted.

Credit card payments will show on your statements from Saddlebook. A $200 dispute fine will apply for all disputed charges.

Pre-entries will close on Tuesday, May 19th at noon.

Entries on Saddlebook will be paused on Tuesday, May 19th at 12:01pm through 5:00pm
while we work on the pre draw and will re-open after 5:00pm for late entries.

There are no late fees. Late entries will be Cash only at the Race

Must be paid in full to be included the in late draw.

We cannot guarantee splits between horses for late entries.

Vet/Med Outs - 100% refund on entry fees until 05/15/26. Vet/Med Outs 05/16-05/18 noon is 70% refund on entry fees.
No refunds on Stalls, RV spaces, shavings, office fee, credit card processing fee, group rides, time onlys.
All Vet/Med Outs need to be email to lenassweet@gmail.com by dates listed.
No refunds after 12 noon Tuesday, May 19th.
Refunds will be processed the week following the race.

Contestants Bag and Pants on Fire 7 Ballcaps
First 150 contestants to pre-enter (and pay in full) the Open both days will receive a contestants bag and a Pants on Fire ballcap | 1 per contestant
All contestants pre-entered (and pay in full) in the Open both days will be eligible for pre-entry drawing prizes! | Must be present read to win

Dress Code in effect
Long sleeve collared shirts, jeans, western boots, western hat or helmet.
$10.00 hat fine to barrel setters for loosing hat anywhere in the arena. We are not responsible for lost hats.

Stalls, Shavings, and and RV spaces are non-refundable

Stalls will be pre-sold by "Barns". Stall assignments in each "Barn" will be on a first come, first serve basis. All paid stalls must have a stall tag on it.

All paid stalls and RV spots must have a tag on it. Any stall or RV occupied without a tag, will have a picture taken and will be posted to "the wall of shame." $100 fine for any horse(s) in an unpaid stall.

Facility rules - No outside shavings read | Portable pens and tying up are not allowed. All horses staying overnight must be in a paid pen.

We are taking care of dry camping and haul-in fees.

Dogs, Scooters, Bikes
All dogs must be on a leash at all times. No scooters, or bikes allowed in the building.
