Must be present for awards, or have someone stand in, or awards will roll down
to the next person, awards will not be shipped. All ties will be broken via a roll of the dice.
Payout checks for the weekend will be cut on Sunday after the Open 4D. You will receive one check for all of your winnings.

Entry Due Date
Pre-enter by Monday, November 16th at 12 noon to be in pre-draw.
Entries on Saddlebook will be paused on Monday, November 16th at 12:01pm through 8:00pm
while we work on the pre draw and will re-open after 8:00pm for late entries.
$15 office/arena fee per day
There are no late fees.
We cannot guarantee splits between horses for late entries.
Cash only at the race for late entries. We will round either up or down to the nearest whole dollar.
All entries must be paid in full in order to be included the draw.
Phone, text or email entries will not be accepted.
All entries will be taken on Saddlebook only.

Vet/Med Out Info
Vet/Med Outs – 100% refund on entry fees until 11/13/26.
Vet/Med Outs 11/14-11/16 noon is 70% refund on entry fees.
No refunds on office fees, and credit card processing fee.
All Vet/Med Outs need to be emailed to lenassweet@gmail.com by dates listed.
No refunds after 12 noon Monday, November 16th. Refunds will be processed after the race.

Dress Code in effect
Long sleeve collared shirts, jeans, western boots, western hat or helmet.
$10.00 hat fine to barrel setters for loosing hat anywhere in the arena. We are not responsible for lost hats.

Stall and RV Info
Stalls and RV spaces will be pre-sold by "Barn" and "Lot". Assignments in each "Barn/Lot" will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Stalls $90 for the weekend Fri/Sat/Sun (includes 2 bags of shavings)
RV Hook Ups $100 for the weekend Fri/Sat/Sun (30amp electrical service and water only)
Any stall or RV occupied without a tag, will have a picture taken and will be posted to "the wall of shame"
$100 fine for any horse(s) in an unpaid stall. All fines must be paid before competing or rider will be disqualified.
To save Stalls and RV spots - stalls and RV spots must have tags on it. Putting a bucket and/or chair does not save stalls or RV spots.
Portable pens and tying up are not allowed. All horses staying overnight must be in a paid pen.
No outside shavings allowed. Shavings available to purchase on-site.
Shavings office located at Gate 18. Hours Friday 1pm - 5pm. Saturday 9am - 12pm. Delivery service is not available.
Stalls, Shavings, and and RV spaces are non-refundable
We are covering dry camping and haul-in fees.
