Ready to “RUN” FOR YOUR LIFE?! Only 1 week before Halloween means we have to get into the Halloween spirit! What better way than to “run” for your life here at Legacy S Arena! This also kicks off our Winter “Run” Series!

This race is 1 of 6 for the Legacy S Winter Run Series! We will be awarding BUCKLES + other amazing awards at the conclusion of the series! We will be placing a minimum of 3 places in each division in the Open and at least 1 place in Youth, Senior, and Novice. All peewees will win a prize at the conclusion of the series.

How to qualify for points for the Winter Run Series:

1) Pay the one time nomination fee at the start of the series:

$30- Open

$15- youth/senior/novice

2) Enter the jackpot class at each race and add the Series Points fee to have that run count toward the awards series. Series points are roll-only from the corresponding jackpot class. In other words, you must enter the jackpot and can add on the series points fee to have that race count for points. There is no minimum number of races required.

Open- $10

Youth/senior/novice- $5

3) Watch your points grow as we run through the series. Awards will be given at the conclusion of the series in March.

Jackpot Information:

Entries capped at 100! Once one time slot is full, all entries will be put into whichever remaining time slot is available until we have reached the limit.

Open 5D: $40 fee- 70$ payback.

Progressive pot 0-74: $250 added, 75-100: $500 added

Senior 3D: $25 fees 70% payback, no added

Youth 3D: $25 fees 70% payback, no added

Novice 3D: $25 fees 70% payback, no added

Peewees: $10 fees

Office: $10 per horse

Late entries may be accepted if there is room in either time slot. Late entries will have an additional $10 fee added.

Time Slot Information:

Due to limited winter parking, the arrival and exit times will be strictly enforced. Please do not arrive before your assigned time slot.

Morning: 50 entries

Gates open: 8 am

Time onlies: 8:30-9:30. $5 per time through

Open arena: 9:30-9:45

Race starts: 10 am- beginning with peewees then running the rest of the classes as a combined draw.

Exit: 11:45- must be off the property by this time. No exceptions!

Afternoon: 50 entries

Gates open: 12 pm. DO NOT arrive before this time if you are in this time slot

Time onlies: 12:30-1:30

Open arena: 1:30-1:45

Race starts: 2 pm- beginning with peewees then running the rest of the classes as a combined draw.

Halloween Costume Contest:
Spooky ghost? Barbie? Doctor? What do you want to dress up as for our Halloween costume contest? Best dressed winner from each time slot will win $50!

Parking:

Please park in gravel parking lot along driveway by indoor & outdoor arena as well as upper grass field. Parking below outdoor arena should be limited and only used if the other areas are full. This is our reason for limiting entries to allow enough parking in these areas.

Payment Options:

-Pay at race: Cash or check accepted day of race. All entries must be paid in full prior to your run. $25 fee for returned checks.

-Pay with credit card: can pay with credit card through saddlebook. Credit card payments will incur a 4% processing fee.

Entry Information:

-Participation in this event constitutes your agreement to comply with all established arena regulations.

-Entries can be edited and scratched up with zero fee prior to race day.

-Any scratches day of race may incur a $10 office fee charge per horse.

-Full entry fee will be charged if you no show the race.

Facility Rules:

-Dogs MUST stay at trailers on a leash

-No hay bags allowed inside the barn unless you have a stall rented.

-Clean up after yourself & horses.

-Please be thoughtful of how you are leaving your parking spot. This attention to detail is what helps maintain the facility for others who are coming in and for Blake and Jaycee who prep and clean the facility afterwards.
