🔥 SCHEDULE & FEES
• Exhibition: $5 each / $20 unlimited | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Buckaroo (Beginner Only): $5 | 8:00 PM
• Open 4D: $40 | Payback 80/20
• Youth 4D (18 & under): $25 | Payback 80/20

🥇 Sidepots:
• Adult 4D (19 & over): $25 | Payback 80/20
• No Penalty: $25 | 90% Payback
• High Stakes 3D: $60 | 90% Payback

General Information:

Entry & Draw Out Reminders:
Please be aware of the following entry policies -
⚠️Contestants who do not run and did not draw out before the draw was published will remain responsible for their entry fees.
📞 If you need to draw out, please contact show management (229-221-8641) before the start of your class.
🚫 Please note: Entries cannot be canceled through SaddleBook. Draw-outs must be handled directly through show management.
⏰ Once the draw-out deadline has passed, entry fees are still due whether or not you are able to run.
⏰ Please make sure you are entered, checked in, and paid at least 30 minutes before your class starts.

🏆 FALL BUCKLE SERIES RULES

🏇Series Membership-
• $25 one-time Series Membership Fee
• Riders may join the Series at any of the 5 scheduled shows.
• The membership fee is per rider, not per horse.

⭐Series Points-
Series standings will be based on the rider's Open 4D placing at each Series show.
Points will be awarded to the top 6 riders in each division as follows:

Place Points
1st 6 points
2nd 5 points
3rd 4 points
4th 3 points
5th 2 points
6th 1 point

• Riders competing multiple horses will receive Series points based on their best-placing horse at each show.
• Only the rider's best run will count toward Series points at each show.
• Points accumulate throughout the 5-show Series.

🥇Series Buckles-
• 1st place in each Open 4D division will receive a Series buckle.
• 4 total Open Series buckles will be awarded.

🤠Participation Requirement-
• Riders must participate in at least 3 of the 5 Series shows to qualify for a Series buckle or award.

⚖️Tiebreaker-
In the event of a tie in total Series points, the rider with the most 1st-place finishes will win the tiebreaker.
If still tied, the rider with the most 2nd-place finishes, followed by 3rd-place finishes, 4th-place finishes, 5th-place finishes, and then 6th-place finishes will win the tiebreaker.
If the riders remain tied after all of the above, the final Series show placing will be used as the final tiebreaker.

🏅Awards-
• A minimum of 25 riders must participate in the Buckle Series for the Series to be held.
• If sponsorships are secured, awards will also be presented to 2nd and 3rd place in each Open division.
