Per WEC Guidelines, the following is required for ALL horses entering the show grounds.
Proof of a Negative Coggins, Valid Health Certificate (within 14 days) ALL horses out of state, a signed Owner/Trainer form and vaccination record

A feed and bedding link will be available prior to the event; all orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
Day Parkers MUST Park in designated area and MUST have a haul in pass viable in windshield (received at check in)
No rider changes after draw is posted. No refunds after pre-entry closes. Refunds 80% of entry fees and stall prior to pre-entry closing.
Futurity, Derby, Aged Horse and LTE Limited Rider must upload documents to Saddlebook ->Saddledocs->Upload to class
Pre entry will close 11/18/2026 @ Midnight ET, Open late fee of $15.00 per horse once. Futurity late fee $30 per horse once

Pumpkin Pie- enter via email (horse and rider) canchaser1971@aol.com - payment via check or zelle - 50% (Non-Refundable) deposit must be paid by 10/5/2026 and balance by close of pre-entries 11/17/2026 - if mailing check balance must be mailed by 11/10/2026.
BBR, WPRA, Double Down, Pesi, Legends of the South, Triple Crown and NIH/TOH approved incentives.
Exhibition times: reserve online, pay at the gate, if you do not show you are responsible to pay the office for exhibitions before you compete. Limit (6) per person. 60 seconds
NBHA rules apply, no rider or draw # changes after the draw is posted.
If you want to stall together, pay together, if you are purchasing a tack stall please select when making purchase, this stall will be with your horse stalls, but NO horses allowed in this stall. Move out by 11am on Sunday 11/30/2025.

MOVE IN DAY!
Office 11am to 6pm - Must be checked in at the show office arena 5 BEFORE entering arena to ride
Open Arena - No Barrels 11am to 1pm
Exhibitions - $10.00 (60 seconds) pay at the gate 1pm to 6pm SHARP -Futurity horses we will fit in during this time

Wednesday 11/25
Must be checked in before entering Arena 5 - FINES apply
7:00am to 8:00am Open Arena - no barrels
Office 8:00am
8:00am too 11:30am Ride Arena Times - 1 horse/1rider Max 20 riders per 35 min sessions $25.00
Ride Around Times (1 horse /1 rider) 20 person MAX 25-minute time slot 9:00am to 2:00 pm $25.00 purchase via Saddlebook.
Exhibitions 11:45am - 5:45pm on Saddlebook, 60 second time limit.
6:00pm -1st Go $10,000 added 2D Futurity - EF 375, Juvenile 4/5 year olds competing in 2027, .75 sec split 2D Pay in Go's only 1D Average.
Thursday 11/26
8:00am- 2nd Go of $10,000 added 2D Futurity complete reverse order, can carry times to Open and sidepots, to follow Open $5,000 added EF $80

Friday 11/27 Black Friday Payday!
8:00am Open 4D $5000 added EF $80, ($1500 added Derby Side pot, EF $125 - .50sec split horses up to 8 years old)
TBD Famous Potato Sack Race returns!
TBD (not before 5pm) 3D Pumpkin Pie Slot Race $600 EF, 90% payback, limited to 100 runners, can carry to Open 4D and sidepots.

Saturday 11/28
