How it Works:
Xtreme Open 5D $125 entry fee, 3 Go. You must enter the open to enter all other classes. All other classes are side pots from the Open.
New
Senior Championship:
$125 EF per run
4D with 0.7 splits.
Senior will be a carry over. 3 performances. Paying 1 Go with awards.

Youth Championship: 4D with 0.7 splits $125 Entry Fee
For Contestants 18 & under: 3 performances paying 1 Go, with awards.

Futurity:
$195 EF per run (28th&29th)
3D with 0.7 splits. The 3D format will replace the Amateur Futurity.
Futurity will be a carry over on Friday and Saturday. Paying 2 goes, plus average awards.
For 2026 Futurity colts.

Derby:
$195 EF per run (28th&29th)
3D with 0.7 splits. The 3D format will replace the Amateur Derby.
Derby will be a carry-over from the Open on Friday and Saturday. Paying 2 goes, average awards.
For horses 8 years old and under.

Mini Million:
$500 Entry Fee
1 Go 3 performances, Carry over from the Xtreme Open 5D Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Based on rider only, there are no limits on how many times you can enter. You can even ride the same horse multiple times if you wish.

Over N Under 3D $55 Entry Fee
For Contestants 17 and under or 50 and over:
3 Go.

Prime 3D $55 Entry Fee
For Contestants 18-49: 3 Go.
All Side Pot Classes will carry over from the Xtreme Open 5D

Time onlys $5 each
Arena Fee $35 per person

Pre-entries close December 19th.
Late entries accepted until the last runner runs. No late fee. Every contestant who pre enters will get a gift.

TENATIVE schedule:

December 27th:
9a.m.-7p.m. Time Only | Contestant check in

December 28th:
10 a.m. 1st Go Xtreme Open 5D (all other classes are a carry-over from the open)
9 a.m. - completion of event Contestant check in

December 29th:
10 a.m. 2nd Go Xtreme Open 5D
9 a.m. - completion of event | Contestant check in

December 30th:
10 a.m. 3rd Go Xtreme Open 5D, Awards Ceremony. You must be present at the awards ceremony or have a representative (no awards will be mailed or saved).

* The Xtreme Mini Million is a 1 go with 3 performances.
* Entry fee is $500 per run.
* Based on rider only, not horse.
* Unlimited amount of entries. You can run as many times as you would like. You can run the same horse multiple times if you would like.
* Side Pot Classes have progressive added money. This helps the pot grow!!
* Added Money and Payouts:
70% of the entry fee will be paid out
30% of the entry fee will go to awards, added money and expenses.
No memberships, Qualifications or Nominations required.

Xtreme progressive payout scale for Open/Futurity/Derby/Senior/Youth
1-20 Runners, we will add $500
21-50 Runners, we will add $1,000
51-100 runners, we will add $2,000
101-200 runners, we will add $3,500
201-300 runners, we will add $4,500
301-400 runners, we will add $5,500
401-500 runners, we will add $7,500 a day
501+ runners, Xtreme will add $10,000 a day

The Over N Under and Prime pay scale is:
0-50 runners, $250 added
51-100 runners, $500 added
101-200 runners, $1,000 added each day per class
* 70% of all entry fees will be paid out. 30% of the entry fee will go towards awards and expenses. 100% of the added money will be paid out.
* All Contestants must check in, fill out a W9 and have their photo taken prior to running.
* Vet or Dr. Release options: NO RISK OPTION!! Option 1: You can transfer 100% of your Entry Fees, Stalls, RVs, and Time Only's to another Xtreme Event within 365 Days. Option 2: You can transfer 90% of your entry fees to another event without a vet release. Payment processing and arena fees are non-refundable. You must fill out the Vet Out link before the first runner runs of the event for the 100% transfer option.

Stall and RV options:
Stalls are $25 per night.
RV spots are $55 a night. Dry camping $35 per night.
You are required to use at least one bag of facility shavings in your stall. No outside shavings allowed.

🔅All classes will be a carry-over from the Open including the Futurity and Derby. This will help resolve a couple issues we have had such as draw separation, carry overs and re-entries.

💰We accept checks, cards and payment plans we have had a couple issues with all this year. So don’t be the one to have this option taken away for everyone!
New if you choose check as payment we must receive it or a card payment within a week. If not received within a week you will receive a $200 fine and listed on our website. This has been an issue as so many enter, don’t pay and also don’t show up 🤪 this takes the time Onlys etc. away from others who are going to attend. We have had an issue with returned checks there is a $200 fee for a returned check. If we get more the check option will not be available. Checks are accepted up until 3 weeks before the pre entry deadline. We will not be able to accept checks on-site (cash or card).
When paying with a card do not dispute the charge! This is happening often as well 🙃 it will show on your statement as SaddleBook. There will be a $200 fine for disputing the charge.
