W-9 must be on file for owners, stallion/mare owner and breeder for TSB classes before checks will be mailed.
All fees must be paid before draw, to be in the draw.
Futurity/Derby horses must be numbered, pad numbers provided at check-in.

Entries open September 1st, Pre-entry by October 15th, by midnight.Office Fee $35
$100 Late Fee after October 15th.
All fees must be paid before the draw to be included.

REFUNDS

Vet out by Oct 18th with no vet/medical slip is a 70% refund of entry fee. .
If you are at the race and need a vet release you must go to the vet onsite.
No refund on cc fees, office fees, RV's and Stalls.
After October 18th, a vet/medical slip required is a 50% refund of entry fee.
Must be submitted not later than October 24th, 11am
No refund on cc fees, office fees, RV's and Stalls.
