WPRA dress code is REQUIRED.
Dec 19th - Option to mail a check will be removed from Saddlebook. Can only enter if paying by credit/debit card as of this date.
Dec 23rd - Checks must have been received in that days mail (if mailing from out of state allow additional time for mailing.) Entries not paid in full will be withheld from draw. Even if mailed a check, contestant will need to pay with card if check not received.
Dec 24th - Pre-draw will be done by 10pm.
Dec 24th - Late fee activated

Entries MUST be made via Saddlebook. There are no paper entries, even on site. NO Paypal or Venmo for entries. Only options are payments by credit card on Saddlebook or checks.

Stall/RV Check In:
Enter off Trinity Street (by Dutch Bros).
You will check in at north end of Pavilion with Melissa Budden. DO NOT put your horse or trailer anywhere without checking in.
Day Parking: Gravel parking lot off Trinity.
Must check in at the office to fill out a W-9. Must know and provide social security numbers for you and your contestant children for W9.
All horses can be risky to handle. We encourage all minors to be accompanied by an adult. Stallions may not be handled by anyone, in or out of the arena, under the age of 14 years old. Persons 14 years and older may handle a stallion but must be under direct supervision of someone over the age of 18 years old. Please exercise caution when handling all horses on the premise.
Time onlys are sold in time slots on Saddle book. Pre-sold time onlys have priority at the gate. Will sell cash at gate if time allows!
Payout: Must have a W9 on file, must be signed for at pick up by you or someone you authorize, will be mailed if not picked up. Will not be mailed without a w9.
Open and Youth Average Awards to 3rd. Based on Sun and Mon Open and Youth runs.
Open 5D average - Youth 4D average
Awards will be announced prior to close of pre entries. Awards will start no sooner than 30 min after end of race. MUST be present or an authorized representative to pickup awards in WPRA dress code for pictures.
Entry changes/updates after Dec 24 at 8am need to be handled via email and will be addressed after Dec 25th holiday or in office. Email may not be manned regularly after Dec 26.
