Schedule

Time Only Runs: 4-5 pm
Time only runs will be pre-enter and must be paid for in order to get your name on the list. You can pay through Venmo (please add $2 Venmo fee to your total) or with credit card online. Time only runs are non-refundable. Pre-enter time onlys are limited to 4 per person but if there is more space available when you get to the race, you can sign up for more.

Open Arena: 5:00-5:15 pm (this is NOT guaranteed)
Pole Bending: 5:30pm
Open Arena: after poles until 6:25pm if there is time (NOT guaranteed)
15/50 non-carryovers: 6:30pm
Open Barrels: after 15/50 noncarryovers

Entry Fees
  5D Open: $41
  4D 15/50: $40
  4D 16-49 (between ages of 16 and 49, carry-over from the open ONLY): $40
  3D Pole Bending: $40
  3D Novice Horse (carryover only): $35
  Plus $4 per person for insurance & Saddlebook
  Time Only Runs: $5 each

We accept cash, check, Venmo ($2 per transaction fee) and credit card (3% fee).

You do not have to be a member to run but if you want to join, you must have paid your membership before your run to earn points. Thank you!
