•STALLS, SESSIONS, RV SITES & EXHIBITIONS OPEN
Monday, August 10 at 5:00 PM CST through the GFB online store.

•CLASS PRE-ENTRIES
Open: Monday, August 10 at 5:00 PM CST on SaddleBook

Close: Sunday, August 23 at 11:59 PM CST

•LATE ENTRIES
Open: Thursday, August 27 at 8:00 AM CST

Close: One hour before the start of the Open each day.

•PRE-DRAW & STALL ASSIGNMENTS
The pre-draw for each daily main race and stall assignments will be posted by 11:59 PM CST on the Wednesday before the event.

•AGED CLASSES
Friday: If entered in both the Open and an aged class, your Open time will carry over to each aged class entered.


Saturday and Sunday: Youth and Masters/Senior classes are NBHA-approved and will run separately as a combo draw following the main race. Contestants may declare a run or carry their Open time.

•REFUNDS

Pre-entry refunds will be issued less the $8 per-day office fee and 10% of the total entry amount.

•BUYING, SELLING & MAKING CHANGES
Friday and Saturday changes must be completed in the show office at least one hour before the start of the Open.

Sunday change deadline: 8:00 AM Sunday.
The buyer must have an active SaddleBook account.
The buyer is responsible for the $8 per-day office fee.
Office fees are nontransferable.

•SADDLEBOOK PAYMENT METHODS
Check payments must be submitted and postmarked by Friday, August 14.

By submitting an entry, the rider confirms that they have reviewed, understand and agree to all event rules, schedules, deadlines, refund policies, payment terms, change procedures, liability waivers, media disclosures and other terms published by Go For Broke Productions for this event. Participation is at the rider’s own risk, and Go For Broke Productions reserves the right to refuse or revoke an entry when necessary for the safety, integrity or orderly operation of the event.

READ CAREFULLY
Under no circumstances will an unpaid entry be placed in the draw nor will stalls/rv/sessions/exhibitions be “held” without payment.
