Long sleeve collared shirts, jeans, western boots, western hat or helmet.
$10.00 hat fine to barrel setters for loosing hat anywhere in the arena. We are not responsible for lost hats.

𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟳 in the 𝟭𝗗, 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟮 in the 𝟮𝗗 and 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗗 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆 will earn a spot to run at the rodeo.
𝟮𝟬 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 in total will head to the rodeo!!! 10 to each performance October 9th and October 10th
𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿 — but only one horse can qualify for the rodeo.
Contestants can only qualify once to run in the rodeo.
If for any reason, any of the qualifiers from each day cannot compete at the rodeo, we will drop down accordingly to fill spots.

All Payouts and NBHA CA State Awards approximately 30 minutes after the Open 4D race ends on Sunday.

Payout checks for the weekend will be cut on Sunday after the Open 4D. You will receive one check for all of your winnings.

Must be present for NBHA CA State awards, or have someone stand in, or awards will roll down
to the next person, awards will not be shipped. All ties will be broken via a roll of the dice.

Pre-enter by Monday, September 14th at 12 noon to be in pre-draw.
Entry fee MUST be paid in full to be in pre-entry draw. Sorry no exceptions.
Entries on Saddlebook will be paused on Monday, September 14th at 12:01pm through 8:00pm
while we work on the pre draw and will re-open after 8:00pm for late entries.
$10 office/arena fee per day
There are no late fees.
We cannot guarantee splits between horses for late entries.
Cash only at the race for late entries. We will round either up or down to the nearest whole dollar.
All entries must be paid in full in order to be included the draw.
Phone, text or email entries will not be accepted.
All entries will be taken on Saddlebook only.

Vet/Med Outs – 100% refund on entry fees until 9/11/26.
Vet/Med Outs 9/12-9/14 noon is 70% refund on entry fees.
No refunds on office fees, and credit card processing fee.

No refunds after 12 noon Monday, September 14th. Refunds will be processed after the race.

Stalls $25/night | RV Hook Ups $25/night | First come, first serve | Cash Only-Pay Shane upon arrival

No dry camping fee and no haul-in fee

If you want to park and stall by your family/friends, it is highly recommended to pull in at the same time.
No saving stalls and/or RV spots. All paid stalls and RV spots must have a tag on it,
otherwise it is available for anyone who wants to use it.

Portable pens and tying up are not allowed. All horses staying overnight must be in a paid pen.

Shavings and hay available on-site at the feed and tack store.
