2 Steps to Enter this event:
* Step 1 - Enter on Saddlebook
* Step 2 - Go to www.SCProductionsLLC.com/MVP Event and Fill out the Stall/Tie out Jotform
Both steps need to be done to enter this event!

OPEN SLOT RACE ENTRIES: Entries Open April 1 2026 –to enter the slot race you must pay for the SLOT RACE CLASS with a Credit Card – no mail in checks for the Slot Race Class!

Class Pre Entries Open: April 1, 2026 – 9:00AM
Pre Entries payment by CHECK DUE: May 22, 2026 – DO NOT mail checks after this date
Late Fees Apply - May 23, 2026

(For Payment by Check) Please write on the check rider name and the name of the show the check is for –
• If entering by CHECK: HEADS UP: if you go in and out of Saddle book to add more classes saddle book will add another processing fee – text Casey 507-450-6080 to fix this before mailing your check!

• If payment via a Credit card this will not be an issue

Online Entries Close: Sunday, May 31, 2026 6:00pm

Late Entries Re-Open: June 2, 2026 – Noon
Late Entries (On-Site and online) close: 1 hour before the Youth Class Each Day – Open Classes 1st add on late draw at the first big drag (rider #50) each day. Late entries after Draw 50 will be at the end!

Futurity Derby Late Entries Close: June 5, 2026 – 7:00pm with late fee
• It’s the rider’s responsibility to be aware of late entries with multiple horses
• Horse Registration Papers REQUIRED – If you’re buying someone spots you need to have a copy for the show office

• All fees must be paid before you run!

• Contestants are REQUIRED to pay all fees regardless of if they run or not! All waivers submitted at the time of entry – is your understanding of this rule!

Stall/Shavings / Tie Out Info
ALL horses entered are required to have a stall or pay a tie out fee.

• Entries will not be accepted without Stall form submitted.
• 1 Stall Form Per Rider – DO NOT BUY STALLS FOR OTHER RIDERS
• Stalls are $75 for the weekend (including 2 bags of shavings)
• Tie out Fee $20 per horse/ Per day
• Stalls are filled as we receive orders! Special stall requests are filled by first come first served!
• Stalls will be reserved after entries are submitted on Saddlebook
• No Stall Refunds
• Pre bed shavings can be ordered on the jot form – Orders for Pre bed shavings close May 31, 2026
• Extra shavings can be also purchased on site

You acknowledge that SC Productions reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant for any reason.

NOTICE:
Anyone selling a product (NEW OR USED) or providing a service on the MEC grounds without approval from Show Manager Casey Varpness will result in disqualification for all parties involved. If you are not a contestant entered in the event and are selling a product or providing a service, you'll be fined $500 and be asked to leave the property immediately!
