ENTRIES
Two separate rodeos. Contestants must enter each day individually.
$50 per entry
Mini bulls and Ponies are $30 per entry
Entry fees are per event, per day
Entries close: July 26, 2026 OR when full
Limited entries — enter early!

*Team Roping: Both the header and the heeler must sign up, and both have paid to be entered. Teams may enter twice under the following condition- must switch partners OR switch ends (header becomes heeler or vice versa).
No changes after the draw

All entries must be completed online through Saddlebook.
Entry fees must be paid online at the time of entry.
No entries will be accepted at the event
Entry is not valid until payment is received

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
No-shows forfeit entry fees; all entry fees will be paid out to winning contestants.

PAYOUT
$250 added money to each event, each night.
$500 added money to saddle bronc
$1000 Added money to Bull Riding EACH night
No added money to mini ponies or mini bulls
All contestant entry money is paid back out to the winning contestants.

DRESS CODE- Western attire
Long sleeve button-up shirt
Jeans
Boots
Hat or helmet

NO STALLS
A fee of $500 will be given for any horses left at the arena after the rodeo(s), and your horses will need to be removed from the fairgrounds.

If you would like to enter someone other than yourself, follow these instructions:
1. Click "Saddledash" in top right corner
2. Click the dropdown "People"
3. Click "add person"
4. Add kid(s), roping partner, spouse, or whoever you want to sign up under your account.
5. Go back to "Piute County Fair Butch Cassidy Days Rodeos" event in saddlebook: www.saddlebook.com/events/13409 and sign up the other person.
We suggest doing this after you enter yourself, and only if the other person is not going to sign themself up through SaddleBook.
