Time Only's 8am-10am $5 each
Time Only Slots (8-8:30 | 8:30-9 | 9-9:30 | 9:30-10) Purchase on Saddlebook.
Open Arena from 10-10:30am
(There is no warm up arena available. We will allow the next 10 runners to go into the arena during drags to warm up. Please exit promptly as the tractor is parking to start the next set quickly.)
Race Start Time 11am
Peewee $10 EF, no office fee, no late fee.
4D Open $55 EF, $500 added. .5 second split.
Senior $25 EF, no added. .5 second split.
Youth $25 EF, no added. .5 second split.
Novice $25 EF, no added. .5 second split.
Ride or Carry Option

Payment Methods - Card, Check or Venmo
Card: 3% Credit Card processing fee on SaddleBook. Enter and Pay before 7/24 to avoid late fee and be in Pre-Draw.

Checks must be postmarked by 7/15 and received by 7/24 to avoid late fee and be in Pre-Draw.

Venmo must be received by 7/23 at midnight to be in Pre-Draw. Venmo @shelbymyers013 Last 4 digits of phone number: 9947 Pay FRIENDS AND FAMILY to avoid a transaction fee or we will request the additional Venmo fee. (ESBC is not responsible to paying the wrong Venmo account. Double check!)

Unpaid entries or payments received after 7/23 will not be in the Pre-Draw and will have late fee added. Will lose any time only's if not paid on time.

We will take late entries until last runner. $10 Late fee applies.

$2 per horse SaddleBook Processing Fee. (Open Only)

Dress Code: None

Refunds with vet or medical slip until 7/23 minus fees. No refunds for weather, unless race is cancelled.

Pens are available, first come first served. Text Shelby to reserve.
