12 Month Negative coggins & health certificates required per Georgia law. Paperwork will be checked.
12 month negative coggins for ALL horses.
30 Day health certificate for all OUT OF STATE horses.

Entry Fees
All Entry fees cover both go-rounds. No additional fee for Finals.
Open: $290
Senior: $175 You can carry over your open run to the Senior class.
You would have to make a separate run for Senior and Open Finals if you make both.
Super Senior: $70 *Allowed to add day of. Entries taken until first big drag of Super Senior. Carry over ONLY into Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes: $125 *Allowed to add day of. Entries taken until first big drag of Sweepstakes. Open to all. LIMITED TO 550 RUNS.
3D Pole Bending: $100 *Open to all. Pending NPBA Preferred Show Sanctioned.
Mil+Spec Open Redemption Round: $90 *Entries not open until at event
Mil+Spec Senior Redemption Round: $70 *Entries not open until at event
All Sidepots: $60 ($70 for APHA & $100 for Split Timing) | Men, Women, Helmet, Youth, Prime, International & Golden Horse (16+) | Can be added at event.
Sidepots are available for Open & Senior contestants. If you are a senior running in both classes your fastest time will be what is carried into sidepots.
Men – Open to all male riders
Women – Open to all female riders
Troxel Helmet Sidepot – Open to all riders who compete in a safety helmet (any brand)
Youth – Open to all riders ages 18 and under as of 1/1/2025.
Prime – Open to all riders between the ages of 19 and 49 as of 1/1/2025.
Golden Horse – Open to all HORSES that are 16 years of age and older. Horse does not have to be registered.
APHA PBRIP sidepot - Open to any APHA registered horse ridden by a current APHA member.
International - Open to all contestants that are not US NBHA members. International and Canadian Contestants.
Split Timing - Open Round 1 only. Fastest in the Total Turns, Total Straights and Run Home.
Open Lip Chip Sidepot powered by Hooflink - This is a $2,500 Added Sidepot. Must enter on hooflink.com. Based on Round 1 ONLY.
Mail-In Entry Processing Fee: $50 plus 4% convenience fee for credit card payments
Online Entry: 4% processing fee only.
Split Timing fee: $10 per contestant | Access to full data from event on all barrel runs.

Important Dates
Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by 09/18 to avoid late fees
We strongly suggest using trackable mailing methods
Online regular entries close on 10/2 at midnight EST
Late entries ONLY accepted online through 10/16 at midnight EST
Late fee is $100/horse
Absolutely no late entries after 10/16
Draw Outs 10/2 or prior, result in a full refund less the processing fee
Vet/Med Outs 10/3-10/24 result in a 70% refund of entries, no refund on stalls or processing fee with valid Vet/Doctor Note

Finalist Information
Open: Top 25 in each go-round advance to Finals | 255+ Total Finalists (includes minimum of 5 from Mil+Spec Redemption Round)
Senior: Top 10 in each go-round advance to Finals | 105+ Total Finalists (includes minimum of 5 from Mil+Spec Redemption Round)
Round 2 will roll beyond the cut off placings if any horse and rider team is already qualified
All Finalists will receive a Gist Silversmith buckle for each qualified horse.
Finalist buckles will be given out at the conclusion of the Grand Entry for each class.
Additional chance to qualify to the Finals in 2026: Mil+Spec Redemption Round. Info listed below.
If a division does not fill in from Round 1 or 2 we will allocate additional finalist positions to the other 4 division as such: for every 4 unfilled finalist positions we will take back 1 additional finalist from each D on the round that this occurs. For example:
6 unfilled finalist positions in the 1D of Round 1 would yield 1 additional finalist in each of the 2D-5D.

Stalls
Stalls are for the entire duration of the event and includes 3 bags of shavings. (Purchase limit 20 stalls/contestants).
Permanent Stalls (Barn 1 or 2): $185
Portable Stalls: $170
If/when Permanent Stalls sell out we will open up additional portable stalls. At this time the portable stalls will be in the isles of Horse Barn 2 and then Beef and Dairy Barn, as needed.
Permanent stalls are wood siding and concrete floors.
Portable stalls are vinyl siding and concrete floors.
NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ARE ALLOWED
Shaving and pellets are available through the facility during the event.

You do not have to know your stall to reserve stall views or mats. The NBHA office sends a stall list to Stall View and Green Broke prior to event.
Stalls will be assigned first-reserved, first-served.
Online entries will definitely have a better chance at being “first-come” as they open on May 19th. Paper entries will be available on the 19th as well and would be input within a reasonable time upon receipt by mail.
The foolproof way to get your friends and yourself stalled together is to have one of you buy all the stalls on one entry (limit 20).
There will be a NOTE SECTION online to include your stall preferences and whom you want to be grouped with if purchasing separately from your friends. If purchasing separate, you must: Use a group name, and make sure all people in your group use the same name, and preferably a total number of how many stalls will be in your group. If one party purchases early and the other not around the same time, it could make it hard for us to place you together. No guarantees.

Haul Ins
Haul Ins (horses without purchased stalls) allowed for a one-time $50 per horse fee
Parking lot for haul ins will be determined closer to the event.
Haul Ins must pay for all horses in the trailer, no exceptions
If you are only planning on entering the Poles/Super Senior/Sweepstakes/ Races only there will be a $25 Haul In Fee

Exhibitions
Entries, stalls and exhibitions open on May 15 at 10:00:01 am EST on SaddleBook.
LIMIT ONE EXHIBITIONS PER HORSE ENTERED.
Example: One Open Entry = One Exhibitions Max, Two Open Entries = Two Exhibitions Max, etc.
Exhibitions must be purchased by the competing member in SaddleBook.com. Do not attempt to purchase exhibitions for anyone else. No refunds.
Exhibitions will be available in 50-minute time slots.
Exhibitions are not guaranteed and only available while supplies last. Any unsold time slots will be sold at check-in.

Online entries will accept all major credit cards.
Choose the ‘Payment Plan’ option to at checkout break your total entry sum into three payments spaced 4 weeks apart each.
The Payment Plan option will expire on August 7th and not be available for new entries taken from that point on.
Please use a credit card that does not expire during the upcoming months.
Incomplete charges that are not cleared up with the office in a timely matter will result in DQ.

Mil+Spec Open Redemption Round

Only available to the horse/rider combinations who didn’t qualify to Finals

If you enter Senior and Open Redemption it is an automatic carry over to the Open.

Additional Finalist Based Off Mil+Spec Redemption Entry Numbers
After every 300 entries in a redemption class we will add 1 additional spot. See below for breakdown:
1-299 Entries = 1 finalist per D
300-599 Entries = 2 finalist per D
600-899 Entries = 3 finalist per D
All finalist of the redemption rounds will receive Gist Silversmith finalist buckles, too.

MORE INFO
All horses on the grounds must have a stall or pay a haul-in fee.
The same horse cannot be ridden more than once per class (Family Exception – See Rulebook)
You must name your horse at time of entry and must use registered names, if available
Horse substitutions allowed. $25 fee per horse substitutions after 10/2.
Anyone substituting 2 or more horses after 10/2 will have their horses redrawn in their draw positions as well as paying the $25 fee per horse.
No horse swaps allowed after your 1st draw position has past.
Rider substitutions not allowed.
Check-in is required prior to your first drawn position in your first event, or contestant will be fined $50.
NBHA check in is at the Reaves Arena office at the front of the building nearest the clock tower.
Guard Shack check in is for the facility and does not constitute NBHA check-in.
Maximum 5 horses entered in a class per qualified contestant
Dress code strictly enforced.
Helpers in the holding must have closed toe shoes.
Absolutely no bareback riding at any time – Saddles must be used when horseback
Returned check fee = $35
Dress Code, 1st Offense = Warning, 2nd Offense = $50 Fine, Hat Fine = $10
Hat retrieval is up to the contestant. They are to pick up at the closest barrel or gate that it came off the same day it occurred.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ <<

All contestants entering the 2026 NBHA Circle Y Saddles Open & Senior World Championships must be a qualified individual, PLUS have an active membership at the time of the event in October 2026. The contestant's membership does not need to be active at time of entry, but will need to be active prior to the Championships.

PLEASE, use registered names for all registered horses (grade horses are an exception). This is very important. We will allow horse name changes right up until October 2nd with no charge, so please use full and correctly spelled registered names. Entries with "HORSE" or "TBD" or anything of that nature for the name will not be fully recognized until a name is clarified. 2 or more horse changes will be redrawn in their current draw positions and will also have to pay $25 per horse change fee.

Payment Plan: Use this payment method to break your total into three easy automated payments. If you need to go back in after and add a class/sidepot you will have the option to pay for just that class/sidepot or also start another payment plan. Payment plan cannot be started after August 7th.
