Stall /RV Information

Reserve Stalls & RV Through Saddlebook starting May 1st 8am. Stalls must be reserved by July 1st, 2026 8pm to be included in stall assignments before event. There are 400 box stalls. There are 200 RV Hookups including Power, Water & Sewer. If not getting an RV you MUST PAY A DRY CAMPING FEE OF $20 PER NIGHT. Stalls must be paid by June 1st, 2026 by either Check or Credit Card. NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON STALLS & RV

Thursday’s 12:00pm-5:30pm exhibitions are for Futurity/Derby Horses Only. Limit 2 per entry. For any additional they will be offered to all racers July 1st 8am

Payment Options
For entries you may pay with Credit Card or Check. Check payment (In Full) MUST BE POSTMARKED by JUNE 15th, 2026. If no payment is received by June 20th, 2026, your entry will be deleted, and any Futurity/ Derby entries balance is still due. If not paid by pre-entry date a late fee will be assessed. You are welcome to reenter and pay by credit card. No Exceptions

Refunds
NO REFUNDS on Futurity/ Derby Classes. Buyout are allowed through Monday July 7th 8pm. Futurity & Derby Pre Entries are due by Monday July 7th 8pm. There will be a $50 Late Fee applied after this date.

UPLOADING Registration papers and ATTACHING TO THE ENTRY IS MANDATORY for Futurity/ Derby & Glacier Chaser Stallion Incentive Horses. Your entry will not be processed until these are on file.

OPEN/ YOUTH/ IN THE MIDDLE/ SENIOR/ ICE BREAKER/ PEEWEE Draw Out Deadline is July 8th, 2026 8am. Refund will be minus the Office & Processing Fee. There will be NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON AFTER THIS DATE.
