Important Dates

❗All check payments must be postmarked by June 1st
❗Futurity/Derby Pre-entries close June 1st (1st payment due by May 1st, 2nd payment due by June 1st, one time $50 late fee for a missed payment)
❗Open Pre-entries close June 10th (entries accepted with one time $35 late fee per entrant)

New 2026 Facility Rule

Stalls & pens must be cleaned to center aisle upon departure, or a $25 fee will be charged by the Rim Rock Rider Events Center.
Parking lot manure must be put in the manure pile or facility wheelbarrow and not left in the parking lot.

Oregon Department of Agriculture Rules

ODA Rules Due to the ongoing restrictions implemented by the Oregon Department of Agriculture all entries will be required to answer the first four questions numbered 090 through 093 when entering or the entry will not be considered complete. Please make sure horses boarded off of your property have the boarding address listed in the comments. Please make sure horses that have been out of state in the 30 days prior to our event list dates and out of state locations. If you do not reside in Oregon ODA requires that you upload a current health certificate and Coggins in SaddleBook prior to your arrival. Please review your entry to be sure all ODA required information is completed or you may not be included in the draw

Note: Deadlines to enter are based on the time zone from the incentive’s HOME location,
please pay attention as it may not be Pacific Daylight Time! Most of the Incentives have
their own online entry process and entry fees. Please go to the website of the incentive
and check the entry process. All contestants that are entering incentive side pots are responsible for knowing the Incentives entry process.

Open average awards and payout
will be given with optional $100 fee. Based on Saturday and Sunday combined times,.
The average payouts on Saturday and Sunday combined will pay out at 85%.
Must be present or notify the office with name of
person who will be accepting award(s) on your behalf.
Must be in dress code. Awards photos are taken for sponsors.
Awards will not be mailed.

12:15 pm OPEN Futurity Time Onlies- Draw order from 1st go, 60 sec max limit
1:30 pm Short Stirrups 10 & Under Round 1 $25 entry fee 75% payout
2:00 pm OPEN $1000 5-D Race $75 Entry Fee, 75% payout
If time allows after the Open 5D will offer $5 Time Onlies at gate (one time thru)
Open Arena for 30 minutes at the end

Fees

Office Fee $35 for the weekend
Late fee after June 10th $35 all classes except Futurity and Derby
Futurity/Derby 1st payment due by May 1st, 2nd payment due by June 1st, one time $50 late fee for payment missed

Checks will be accepted until June 1st:
* Checks received with a postmark date beyond June 1st will not be accepted
* Only credit card payments will be accepted on Saddlebook after June 1st
* Entries paid by check with a postmark beyond June 1st must be
immediately paid via credit card or entry will be canceled
Entries day of race will be accepted with cash or credit card payments only with late fee. No Checks accepted.

Refunds

No refunds in the Futurity/Derby, Entries may be sold with a $50 change fee
Refunds for all other classes: 75% of Entry Fee with vet release conclusion of the event on June 28th. Processing fees, late fees and credit card fees are not refundable.
Stall and RVs are 100% refundable with prior notice required. No shows will not be refunded.

Draws

Draw #1 will include all entries submitted and paid by June 20th at midnight that did not select the “late draw” option in Saddlebook
Draw #1 will be posted June 22nd by 9:00 am on Saddlebook and will exclude entries marked as “late draw”
Draw #2 will include all entries from June 21st -June 23rd at midnight that did not select “late draw” option in Saddlebook:
Draw #2 will be posted by June 24th at 9:00 am on Saddlebook
The first late draw will be done an hour before the race starts each day.
Additional late draws will be done during the event as needed.

RV parking is $35 per night. Dry camping is FREE. Stalls are $35 per night with 2 bags of shavings included. The Cattle Barn DOES NOT get shavings per facility.
Location of your stall(s) and RV will be posted at
www.turnnburnbarrelracing.com a few days before the race.
