Class Pre Entries Open: April 1, 2026 – 9:00AM
Pre Entries payment by CHECK DUE: May 22, 2026 - do not mail checks after this date
Futurity / Derby Late Fees Apply: May 22, 2026
Online Entries Close: Sunday, May 31, 2026 Midnight
• For Payment by Check; entries must be postmarked by May 22, 2026 - Make Note on the check rider name and what is the name of the show the check is for -
Late Entries Re-Open: June 2, 2026 – Noon
Late Entries (On-Site and online) close: 1 hour before the Youth Class Each Day – Open Classes 1st add on late draw at the first big drag (rider #50) each day. Late entries after Draw 50 will be at the end!

Futurity Derby Late Entries Close: June 5, 2026 – 6:00pm with late fee
• It’s the riders responsibility to be aware of late entries with multiple horses
• All fees must be paid before you run!

• Contestants are REQUIRED to pay all fees regardless if they run or not! All waivers submitted at the time of entry – is your understanding of this rule!

Stall/Shavings / Tie Out Info
ALL horses entered are required to have a stall or pay a tie out fee.

• Fill out 1 form PER RIDER – DO NOT BUY STALLS FOR OTHER RIDERS

• Stall are $75 for the weekend includes 2 bags of shavings
• Tie out Fee $20 per horse/ Per day
• Stalls are filled as we receive orders! Special stall requests are filled by first come first served!
• No Stall Refunds

Open to all riders - no membership or nomination fees required to enter

-If entered in the Youth and the Open – Youth time will carry to the open.
-Futurity / Derby entries are required to enter the open classes and times will carry to the open each day from the futurity derby.

Saddle book Payment Methods:
• For payment by check entries must be mailed by May 22, 2026 - note rider name and name of the show on the check

• Payment online with Credit Card or Debit Card Fee 3.5%
• Cash Payments accepted in the show office for late entries only
• All Fees are REQUIRED to be paid before you run
• All Fees are required to be paid regardless if the rider runs or not
• Failure to pay for an entry submission will result in DQ from further SCP events. DQ status will not be removed until default entry fees have been paid.

FEE AGREEMENT
When selecting CASH or Check PAYMENT, your SB account will show a balance due until you check in at the office and pay your fees
Rider agrees to pay entry fees, including any applicable office / stalling / jump-out fees to the show office before competing

DISCLOSURE:
By entering this event, you, the rider, agree to become familiar with and abide by the rules of this event. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the rules and regulations of the event. You acknowledge that SC PRODUCTIONS LLC, including its staff, Sponsors and Double F Arena are not responsible for any, injury, accidents, death, loss or theft that may occur to You, Your horse, or Your Property while attending this event either as a spectator or contestant. You understand and accept that we DO NOT have Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) on site during this event. You acknowlege that SC Productions reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant for any reason.

NOTICE:
Anyone selling a product (NEW OR USED) or providing a service on the MEC grounds without approval from Show Manager Casey Varpness will results in disqualification for all parties involved. If you are not a contestant entered in the event and are selling a product or providing a service you'll be fined $500 and be asked to leave the property immediately!
