*You must be present for prizes or make arrangements for them. There will be no holding or mailing prizes.

*75% of all entry fees will be paid out. 25% of the entry fee will go towards awards and expenses. 100% of added money will be paid out.
*Vet or Dr Release Options: NO RISK OPTION:!!
Option 1- You can transfer 100% of your entry fees & exhibitions to another MRP event within the 365 Days with a vet or Dr's Release.
Option 2- You can transfer 90% if your entry fees to another event without a vet or Dr release or for a refund for any reason.
Both options are minus your Office Fee & Processing Fee. You must provide a vet release BEFORE your first run.
*We accept checks, cards and cash. If you select check payment please make sure it is good. We have had an issue with returned checks there is a $200 FINE for a returned check. If we continue to get more the check option will no longer be available. We will not accept checks onsite unless you are in good standing with MRP. When paying with a card do not dispute the charge! This has happened and it will show on your statement as Saddlebook. If you dispute the charge there will be a $200 fine and you will be banned from all MRP/MHP events.
