Stall/Session/RV/Exhbitions: Open: Monday, March 9 @ 5pm cst

CLASS PRE ENTRIES OPEN: Monday, March 9 @ 5pm cst on Saddlebook
CLASS PRE ENTRIES CLOSE: Sunday, March 22 @ 10pm cst

LATE ENTRIES: Open Friday, March 27 @ 8am cst
LATE ENTRIES: Close 1 hour before the start of the Open each day

PRE DRAW For the daily main race & stall assignments will be posted before 11:59p cst on Wednesday prior to the event.

FRIDAY NIGHT If entered in the open and an aged class your time will CO to any "aged class" you enter
Saturday/Sunday "aged class" entries, you may declare run or carry. The aged class will run as a combo draw after the main race.

REFUNDS We will issue refunds for pre-entries (less office fee $8/day & 10% of entry total).

BUYING/SELLING SPOTS & CHANGES
All changes must be completed in the show office 1 hr before the start of the Open race on Friday/Saturday.
Sunday change deadline is Saturday at 5:00P

Buyer must have a SaddleBook account setup to purchase spots. BUYER is responsible for paying $8 per day office fee. Office fees are non-transferrable!

Pricing Errors: GFB Productions reserves the right to refuse the sale of any “item” that is priced incorrectly due to a web page or programming error. If an error in pricing occurs, GFB Productions will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue promptly.

Under no circumstances will an unpaid entry be placed in the draw nor will stalls/rv/sessions/exhibitions be “held” without payment.
