Entries close for the first draw at 11:59pm day before jackpot, the first draw will be posted by 7am day of jackpot. All draw outs scratches must be declared by 5pm day of jackpot if no attempt to draw out before set time you will be responsible for arena fee and not allowed to pre enter for future races, any and all changes to draw after 5pm will result in a $10 change fee(that includes but not limited to, changing run order, swapping riders, changing classes etc.) If you are in the first 30 and are running behind please let us know by texting the number on the flyer. If you are in the first 50 and not checked in by 5:45 we reserve the right to give your spot away in the first draw. To keep things fair this is and always has been a computer generated RANDOM DRAW you do not get to pick who’s drag you would like to be in or where you run! Only exceptions are for people wanting late draw or on multi horses and need extra space between runs. Cash Only! We hold winnings for 30days if you do not pick up at end of jackpot. We do not Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or send a check or your cash winnings through the mail.
